Engagement Day Thursday, August 6, 2009 at the Waukegan Airport, in a plane, Christophe and Hilary were engaged. The original plan was for Matt, Christophe and Jameson to get a tour of Chicago before Matt left to go back to school. Hilary couldn't attend the plane ride because she had practice. Wednesday night she got an email that her practice was cancelled so Christophe said she should come with them. Hilary, Christophe, Matt and Jameson drove to the airport and Matt and Jameson were going to take the first flight over the city but, Matt decided that since Hilary was so nervous that her and Christophe should go first. Completely clueless to the fact that she was going to be engaged today, she agreed and got in the plane. Hilary, Christophe and the pilot toured the city until sunset came. All of a sudden Christophe pulled out the ring as the banner flew by and he proposed. Of course she said yes! Picture of the plane Hilary and Christophe got engaged in. Picture of the plane again.
